Just a quick bit of non-Lucas news: earlier, I received the score for the last exam in my real estate courses. I needed a 75, and I got a whopping 98 so I'm good to go on my new career. The next step is to sign on with a brokerage. Unlike most normal jobs, with real estate, I pretty much pick where I want to work, not the other way around. Nice, eh?
I expect to make a decision by the end of the coming week, and then it'll take another week or two before all the paperwork is finished. At that point, I can then start working and becoming a useful member of society once again. Three cheers for that.
