Easter 2015

Happy Easter! My apologies for the lack of updates lately, but I've been procrastinating since the next day of the cruise contains over 400 photos to sort through. I'm going to break it into at least 3 parts today and have the first of those parts out by tomorrow. In the meantime, here are some Easter photos taken earlier this morning.

Besides chocolate, the Easter Bunny brought Lucas a couple of gifts. The first were a couple of packs of Plants vs Zombies figures that Lucas has been asking for nonstop.

The hunt begins! This year, EB left chocolate hockey pucks instead of eggs.

Although we didn't make out quite as well as Lucas, the adults got some treats too.

The Easter Bunny's note for Lucas.

Lucas shows off the results of his puck hunt.

The other present the Easter Bunny brought was a goalie min stick. Lucas loves playing mini sticks in the basement so I'm sure this will get a LOT of use.

In hockey playoff news, Lucas's team had their 3rd playoff game Saturday morning. They started off really well, going up 3-0. They then managed to blow their lead by giving up 4 straight goals and lost the game 4-3. They still managed a 2-1 record in the round robin round so we're pretty sure they made the semifinals. (Update: We just received an email from the team manager. We made the semifinals! Game is next Saturday so I'll update afterwards.)

Next up: San Juan! (for real, this time)

Thanks for the timely Easter pictures. Now we look forward to the San Juan pictures.

Loved the ideas of searching for chocolate hockey pucks..."truly Canadian Easter bunney."
