And so it begins

It's been about 5 1/2 months since we found out we're pregnant (well, she's the one that does the heavy lifting) and about 4 1/2 months since I created this blog to track the pregnancy, the birth, and whatever comes after that (supposedly it's small, pink, and screams a lot). As such, I figured it would probably be a good idea to actually start writing in the blog. Maybe throw up a picture or two. That's bound to be a tad bit more interesting than the sparse "all white with no text" I was going with previously.

All that said, let's start with a picture. The story behind the picture will come in the next entry, but I think my mom's expression here is a good way to begin the tale of the baby...
